As administrative assistant, Kim Lynk keeps Firesign running smoothly, enabling the management and creative teams to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
Kim brings nearly two decades of virtual assistant expertise to her role at Firesign, where she helps streamline operations so the team can concentrate on what matters most. She manages calendars, handles correspondence, coordinates meetings and events, and tackles the countless details that keep the business moving forward.
Kim also leads logistics for Firesign’s philanthropic activities. Several times a year, the team cooks lunch for families at local Ronald McDonald House locations, and Kim is instrumental in the organization (and in keeping the cooks on task).
Before launching her virtual assistant business, Kim built a solid foundation in training and development across the banking and customer service sectors.
When she’s not keeping businesses organized, Kim works as a travel agent and enjoys exploring new destinations with her husband of more than 35 years. They have two grown children. Kim’s other passions include cooking and watching football.
A Kansas City native, Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst University.
